Our client, a prestigious real estate agency based in Central London, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading real estate company, managing a portfolio of premium properties while providing first-class support to landlords and tenants.

About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of properties while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.​

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords.
  • Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit releases.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including gas safety, electrical checks, and other certifications.
  • Respond promptly to tenant queries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including tenancy agreements and inspection reports.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a seamless management process.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management, ideally in a residential setting.
  • Knowledge of property legislation and regulations in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
  • A valid UK driver’s license is desirable but not essential.
  • Right to work in the UK.
