The Client:

Our client is a well-established real estate agency, specialising in property management, auctions, residential sales, commercial real estate, and leasing.

The Role:

As a Property Manager, you will coordinate with owners, landlords, tenants, and contractors on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing daily general maintenance concerns.
• Performing property inspections to maintain its condition.
• Managing inquiries from owners and tenants.
• Informing clients about legal obligations.
• Maintaining regular communication with property owners and management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Understanding of Landlord / Tenant Law Including RTB, Rent Increases Notice Periods.
• Skilled in outlook, word and excel.
• Exceptional problem solving and time management Skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
