£35,000 Basic | Mon-Fri 8:30-6 | 1 in 4 Saturdays (Day Off in Lieu)

A respected Guildford-based agency is looking for a Property Manager to oversee a residential lettings portfolio. Ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident managing tenancies from start to finish.

Key Duties:

• Manage a residential lettings portfolio

• Conduct check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and inventories

• Handle maintenance, compliance, and tenant queries

• Ensure legal standards are met (EPCs, safety certs, etc.)

What You'll Need:

• 1-3+ years in lettings/property management

• Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation

• Great communication and problem-solving skills

• Full UK licence and own vehicle

Bonus Points:

• ARLA Level 3 (or working towards)

• Experience with 100+ properties

Package Includes:

• £35k basic salary
