Property Manager / Lettings Agent – Residential Portfolio

A growing residential property business is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Lettings Agent to oversee the management of a substantial residential portfolio across Liverpool and Manchester.

Working alongside the construction and project delivery teams, you'll ensure completed developments are professionally managed while delivering an excellent service to tenants and landlords.

The Role

* Manage a residential property portfolio.

* Coordinate lettings from enquiry through to move-in.

* Carry out property inspections.

* Arrange maintenance and repairs.

* Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

* Maximise occupancy levels and rental income.

* Support the ongoing management of 19 residential developments.

Requirements

* Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings.

* Residential portfolio management experience.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Knowledge of current lettings legislation.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

* Full UK driving licence preferred.
