Are you an experienced Property Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service in high end residential settings? We’re working with a leading organisation that oversees six luxury residential sites across Central London, housing over 200 residents including leaseholders and private tenants. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a hands-on, resident-facing role where service quality and operational excellence are key.
As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of property and tenancy management, compliance, and resident engagement. If you have a background in private residential or luxury property management and thrive in a varied, site based role, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full resident onboarding process, including interviews, documentation, due diligence, and move-ins
• Liaise with local authorities and welfare services to support residents where necessary
• Provide accurate advice and support to residents and families in line with housing policies
• Oversee all aspects of commercial lettings, including drafting tenancy agreements, coordinating maintenance, and managing inventories
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage the voids process to minimise turnaround times
• Attend committee meetings and contribute to reporting, compliance monitoring, and service analysis
• Support the finance team with rent collection, invoice processing, and expense tracking
• Ensure accurate housing records are maintained and fully compliant with GDPR and internal policies

About You

• Proven experience in property management within private residential or luxury housing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a varied workload independently
• Confident working across multiple high-end sites in Central London
• Resident-focused, empathetic, and professional in your approach
