Our client, a well-established multi-branch independent estate agency, is looking for a confident and highly organised Property Manager to join their successful North Cheam office, overseeing a portfolio of properties across Morden and Mitcham.

The Role:
As Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants. Your portfolio will primarily cover Morden and Mitcham, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships in a thriving rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across Morden and Mitcham
• Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor coordination
• Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings
• Ensuring all properties comply with relevant lettings legislation
• Liaising with landlords and tenants in a professional, timely manner
• Managing tenancy renewals, check-outs, and deposit negotiations
• Keeping the property management system up to date

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a residential property management role
• Strong working knowledge of current lettings regulations and compliance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
