Property Manager – Alton / Petersfield
Basic Salary: £27K + £150 car allowance per month
OTE: £31K (inc. departmental profit share)
Location: 4 days in Alton, 1 day per week in Petersfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Driving Licence: Required – mileage covered for site visits

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Property Manager to join their professional and growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their property career, with a business that genuinely values progression and internal development.

You’ll be managing a local portfolio in Petersfield, with four days per week in the central property management office in Alton, and one day in your designated branch to build rapport with the front office team and carry out inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of fully managed residential properties
• Handling day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and contractor liaison
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and the local lettings team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
• Working closely with the property management department to hit KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
