Property Manager - Temp

Job Title: Property Manager - Block Management
Salary: £18-£22 per hour (DOE)
Location: London
Type: Temporary - Ongoing
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Are you an experienced Property Manager who can pick things up and just get on with it? We're working with a client who needs support across a mixed portfolio and someone who's comfortable working a bit top-down across block management, rather than purely reactive day-to-day.

📝 Job Duties

* Managing and issuing Section 20 notices where works/projects arise
* Handling service charge budgets, reconciliations and general service charge queries
* Producing yearly P&L for blocks (or at least keeping things aligned)
* Ground rent calculations and general financial oversight across the portfolio
* Appointing contractors - sourcing, managing, chasing, replacing where needed

✔️ Requirements

* Previous experience within Block / Property Management
* Comfortable managing a mixed portfolio (mainly residential)
* Exposure to service charges, budgets and P&L
* Ability to manage contractors and keep works moving
* Use of BlockMan would be advantageous (not essential but helpful)
