Location: Vauxhall (Hybrid - 1 day WFH after probation)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 basic + bonuses | OTE: £36,000-£42,000

My client, a growing and dynamic property business based in Vauxhall, is seeking a Turkish-speaking Property Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced individual to play a key role in managing a residential portfolio while helping to establish and nurture a new client base.

Fluency in both Turkish and English is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

• Build strong relationships through regular communication and effective issue resolution.

• Coordinate maintenance works, manage contractor relationships, and ensure timely responses to repair requests.

• Monitor and chase rental arrears, manage deposit returns, and handle tenancy disputes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in both Turkish and English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in residential property management.

• Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.

• Self-motivated with a clear desire to progress professionally.
