We’re looking for someone who truly understands the tenant journey—especially when things aren’t going smoothly—and who can manage a residential portfolio with care, efficiency, and empathy.

About the Role:
You’ll be managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties across East London, covering areas such as Hackney, Wanstead, and Walthamstow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of 100+ residential properties
• Liaising with tenants and landlords in a professional and compassionate manner
• Handling maintenance issues, inspections, and tenancy renewals
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices
• Maintaining strong communication across internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in residential property management
• Full UK driving licence (car allowance provided)
• A kind, understanding nature—especially in dealing with tenants facing challenges
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
