The Role: As a Property Manager, you’ll act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth tenancy experience. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of properties, providing expert guidance on financial, rental, and legal matters.
Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships.
Organising and overseeing maintenance projects to ensure properties are well maintained.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant housing legislation.
Collaborating with local offices and internal teams to deliver an exceptional service.

Who We’re Looking For:Previous experience in residential property management or related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
ARLA/NFOPP qualification is a plus but not essential.
