Here is a snippet of your new Property Managers Assistant duties;

• Respond to queries politely & professionally via telephone and online messages
• Compose and produce correspondence
• Review To-Do list to allocate work and keep up to date with issues on sites
• Ensure all relevant administration is completed, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Keep all Key records up to date while also arranging for keys to be supplied to contractors for works, as necessary.
• Liaise with contractors regarding required works and quotes as necessary
• Keep all document folders up to date with relevant information.
• Deal with issues on payments of invoices
