Job Title: Property Owners Account Executive

Location: Bristol or London (1 day/week office Bristol, with regular client visits)
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000
Benefits: Open to discussing car allowance and package deal

Role Summary:
You’ll inherit a live book of established Property Owners clients, many of whom are based in London, and focus your energy on developing new business in this space. With the flexibility to be based in either London or Bristol, and the freedom to manage your own diary, this is a role for someone who wants to build a long-term future, not just a client list. The firm will back you with strong operational support and a team-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Property Owners scheme book: Build relationships and ensure retention
• Generate new business: Focus on targeted growth within the property sector
• Travel to meet clients: Mainly London-based, with regular face-to-face interaction
• Collaborate with in-house teams: Rely on strong handler and operations support
• Drive scheme strategy: Help shape how the scheme grows and evolves

Requirements:

• Commercial insurance background with experience in property risks
• Confident winning and developing new business
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Happy with travel and managing your diary
• Long-term mindset and commitment to building something lasting
