A highly regarded law firm in Manchester are looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join their team that are known for exceptional client relationships, supportive culture, and strong work-life balance ethos.

As a Property Paralegal, you will work on:

• Contract pack preparation.
• Client and stakeholder communication.
• Post-completion tasks.
• Providing key support to the property and secured lending team.

What they are looking for:

• Experience in property law, running straightforward conveyancing files under supervision, and knowledge of secured lending.
• Strong communication and organisational skills. `
• Ability to review and prepare legal documents with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a property department within a law firm.
