We’re working exclusively with a leading Manchester-based insolvency specialist experiencing rapid expansion due to continued client wins and national recognition. They are now seeking ambitious, intellectually sharp graduates to join their Property Receivership team as Graduate Trainees.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, working alongside senior Partners and experienced professionals from day one. Expect hands-on exposure, structured mentoring, and a clear route to qualification and progression.

• Supporting with the appointment and management of property receiverships

• Liaising with banks, lenders, agents, and legal professionals

• Assisting with valuations, sales processes, and asset realisation

• Preparing reports, case updates, and maintaining case files

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks

• Working closely with the wider insolvency and restructuring team

• First-Class Honours Degree or 2:1 in Law, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline

• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills

• Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused attitude

• Genuine interest in insolvency, property, and financial recovery

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Full training and study support toward relevant qualifications (e.g. CPI, RICS depending on background)

• Exposure to high-profile national cases and real-world impact
