Job Description - Property Sales

New Build Sales Negotiator
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10am – 5pm
  • Salary: Competitive & Negotiable Based on Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced New Build Sales Negotiator to join a prestigious and innovative developer of high-quality new build properties. This role is ideal for a seasoned property professional with a passion for new build homes and a proven track record in new home sales.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, offering expert guidance throughout the home-buying journey.
  • Conduct engaging and informative property tours, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each home.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to legal completion, including negotiation and contract finalisation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, construction, and customer care to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in new build residential sales is essential.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the new build sales process and customer journey.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • A proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to sales.
