Account Executive (Sales) - Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £32,000 basic + performance bonuses (OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Office-based, Birmingham City Centre

I’m working with a highly professional and fast-moving business in the property space who are looking for a sales-savvy, organised Account Executive to join their growing team in central Birmingham. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll lead transactions from first enquiry through to completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound sales leads - building rapport from the very first call
• Managing the full property buying/selling process with precision and empathy
• Guiding clients through valuations, offers, paperwork, and negotiations
• Using CRM and data tools to manage pipelines and sales metrics
• Progressing deals through legal and compliance stages
• Working closely with clients, agents, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience
• Hitting (and beating) personal and business revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural communicator - confident, articulate, and client-focused
• Sales-driven and self-motivated with excellent time management
• Sharp with numbers - strong understanding of yield, ROI, and valuations
• Tech-savvy - confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
• Resilient under pressure - able to overcome objections and keep deals moving
• Property experience is a plus, but outstanding consultative sales ability is key

You’ll Need To Have:

• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• The ability to analyse data and make informed commercial decisions
