The Role

As a Property Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and delivering a first-class experience to buyers and sellers alike. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings and valuations
• Managing client relationships from initial enquiry to completion
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales
• Generating new business through proactive outreach and referrals
• Staying informed on local market trends and property values

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in property sales or a similar sales-focused role
• A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Highly organised and target-driven
• Knowledgeable about the local area (or willing to learn quickly)
• In possession of a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
