Property Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Sales Executive to join a well-established, independent Estate Agency based in Chester.

We're looking for someone who is personable, professional, and passionate about guiding clients through one of the most important journeys of their lives-buying and selling property!

Duties will include:

• Matching properties to prospective buyers using industry specific customer relations manager. Calling prospective buyers to discuss new listings.
• Dealing with incoming enquiries (online, telephone and through social media) and booking in viewings.
• Conducting some viewings.
• Gathering feedback from viewings and discussing with vendors.
• Dealing with offers and negotiating sales.
• Writing properties particulars for listings.
• Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to progress sales from offer to completion.

This role is working mostly Monday to Friday with a Saturday on a rota basis.
