• £24K basic salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60K+)

• Manage your own portfolio of residential properties across the UK
• Arrange viewings and present offers - all from the office (no site visits)
• Negotiate sales and manage the full sales process
• Upsell additional services and earn extra commission
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Use Rightmove & Rightmove+ to assess market trends and pricing

• Proven experience in property sales with a strong track record
• A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about property
• A team player with a strong work ethic and customer-first mindset

• No paperwork - handled by dedicated admin staff
• No site visits - fully office-based
