Property Scout

Job Title: Property Scout – Birmingham

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Birmingham)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Commission
Contract: Full-Time

We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Scout – based in Birmingham to help identify and acquire undervalued residential properties. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be located to Birmingham with strong knowledge of their local residential property market.

As a Property Scout, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local estate agents and using your market insight to source high-potential investment opportunities. If you are highly motivated by earnings, thrive on networking, and understand what makes a residential property a good deal, we want to hear from you.

• Source and identify residential properties below market value

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with estate agents in your area

• Monitor the local property market for new opportunities and trends

• Visit potential properties and assess their investment potential

• Liaise with internal teams and provide detailed property reports and insights

• Must be based in Birmingham and have in-depth knowledge of the local residential property market

• Proven experience in residential property sourcing, scouting, or sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong drive to earn and a results-oriented mindset

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for property visits)

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Competitive base salary of £30,000
