Property Solicitor

The NQ Solicitor's role

The NQ Solicitor will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, supporting on a wide range of property-related matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant, and portfolio management for both public and private sector clients.

You will be exposed to a mix of commercial property work and complex transactional matters. The NQ Solicitor will also be encouraged to take on responsibility early, with direct client contact and involvement in business development activities.

The NQ Solicitor

• Recently qualified or up to 1 year PQE as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Some prior exposure to commercial or residential property work during training.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and commercially aware.
• Interest in property law, infrastructure, or energy sectors is advantageous.
