Job Description - Property Solicitor

My client is a Legal 500, award winning firm on the lookout for a Property Solicitor to join their team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction to completion.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements.
Conduct property searches and investigations, including land registry checks.
Develop a network of clients and referrers to generate new business.
Work towards financial and business development targets.\
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and firm policies
Manage all administrative aspects of cases, ensuring timely completion.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Property Solicitor (1- 3 years' PQE)
Experience hitting/ exceeding billing targets
Excellent client care skills
