Our client is an established independent legal advice firm specialising in property-related matters and it is on the lookout for a dedicated Property Solicitor to join its expert team.

For the past five years, this firm has been providing top-tier independent legal advice on property financing matters, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability. Based in the picturesque village of Broadway, this close-knit team of eight professionals, including three Solicitors, work seamlessly using the cutting-edge case management system to deliver outstanding service to its clients.

The Role:

As the new Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in offering expert legal advice on a range of property-related matters, including:

• Directors' guarantees
• Development loans
• Buy-to-let portfolios

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering independent legal advice to clients, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Conducting virtual appointments via Zoom to certify documents and provide professional guidance.
• Collaborating with the efficient administrative team to manage paperwork, stamping and signing processes.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor who:

Has experience in property law or related fields.

• Will consider a solicitor looking to re-train into property
• Is a mature professional with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and systems.
• Demonstrates reliability and a strong commitment to working full-time in our Broadway office, Monday to Friday.
