JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE

SALARY: £DOE

THE ROLE:
Keen to strengthen their property team, this well-established legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Property Solicitor. As the appointed Property Solicitor you will be well versed in advising across a range of commercial and residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. You will possess the ability to deal with your own caseload with minimal supervision.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with both residential and commercial property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The appointed Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have experience of advising on a range of property related matters including residential sales and purchases, commercial leases, development matters as well reviewing contracts, title documents and lease agreements.
