Property Solicitor

3 months contract with local authority

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on property law matters
  


• Handle property transactions including sales, purchases, and leases
  


• Represent clients in property-related disputes
  


• Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions
  


• Stay updated on property laws and regulations
  


• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in property transactions
  

• Proven experience as a Property Solicitor or similar role
  


• Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
  


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  


• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  


• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
  


• Admission to the bar and a valid solicitor's license
