They are now seeking an experience Property Solicitor to assist within a Growing team.
The Role
Specialises in residential property matters and is looking for a dedicated Property Solicitor to handle a varied caseload including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• High-value property transactions
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Leasehold transactions
• New build developments
• Portfolio investments for HNW clients

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Property Solicitor in E&W
• Must have a minimum 2 years PQE in residential property matters
• Strong technical knowledge of Residential Conveyancing procedures
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards

Desirable:

• Experience with high-value residential transactions
• Knowledge of leasehold property matters
• Proven track record in business development
