Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad range of non -contentious property matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.
  

• Managing a caseload independently while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and a network of contacts.
  

• Contributing to the growth and expansion of the Property department.
  

• Meeting targets and ensuring the continued success of the team.
  

• Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent service to clients.
  

Requirements

• 1 -3 years PQE with experience in non -contentious property work.
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet targets.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  

• A proactive attitude towards business development and bringing in new clients.
  

• An interest in contributing to the expansion and future direction of the Property department.
