The Role

We are seeking a Property Solicitor to join our vibrant legal team. This role involves handling a variety of property transactions and providing expert advice to our clients on residential and commercial property matters with the support of two experienced property solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of residential and/or commercial property transactions, from initial client instruction to completion.
Conduct thorough legal due diligence on properties.
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases and other property-related documentation.
Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals involved in the transaction.
Ensure adherence to all relevant legal regulations and best practices.
Meet deadlines and work efficiently to keep transactions moving smoothly.

The Person
Qualified Solicitor ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience in property law.
An understanding of relevant property law and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proactive and efficient approach to work.
