With an outstanding local reputation and a strong commitment to client service, this firm has delivered legal services to the community for nearly 25 years and is widely regarded as the top-rated firm in the region for property work.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing to join a collaborative and high-performing team. The firm's approach is deliberately different-prioritising quality over quantity by limiting the number of transactions handled at any one time. This enables the team to deliver an exceptional standard of service and allows solicitors to focus on what matters most: their clients.

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years' post-qualification experience in residential property/conveyancing
• Confident in managing client relationships and working independently
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a values-led and people-focused culture
• Ideally based within one hour of Oxford, Wallingford or Chipping Norton

Hybrid & Location:

The firm offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week based at one of its offices in Oxford, Wallingford or Chipping Norton. This arrangement supports work-life balance while maintaining strong client and team engagement.
