Main Responsibilities of a Property Support Executive
In the role of Support Executive, you will be pivotal in overseeing daily customer service operations related to our clients managed developments. Your duties will encompass:

Responding promptly and efficiently to customer queries and support tickets.
Managing contract and risk management tasks following established protocols.
Acting as a brand representative, delivering excellent customer service across various communication platforms.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer contentment.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Effective multitasking skills and the capability to prioritise tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field is advantageous.
