Property Surveyor

A well-established boutique property consultancy in London is seeking a Commercial Surveyor with circa 2 years' post-qualified experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a diverse commercial property portfolio while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll be involved in a broad range of professional surveying instructions across commercial property, supporting clients including investors, occupiers, landlords and developers.

Key responsibilities include:

* Carrying out commercial property inspections and valuations

* Undertaking landlord & tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals

* Managing a varied commercial property portfolio

* Providing property management and asset management support

* Preparing reports and delivering advice to clients

* Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and agency instructions

About You

* MRICS qualified with approximately 2 years PQE

* Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline

* Commercial surveying experience within private practice or consultancy

* Strong understanding of the London commercial property market

* Excellent report writing and client-facing skills

* Full UK driving licence preferred
