Property Turnover Cleaner

We are currently recruiting experienced Property Turnover Cleaners for a UK cleaning company specialising in preparing rental properties for new tenants.

The role focuses on deep cleaning vacant homes to ensure they meet move-in standards.

Key Duties

• Full cleaning of properties

• Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces

• Bathroom sanitation, including descaling and mould removal

• Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors

• Ensuring properties are inspection-ready for landlords and agents

Working Hours

• This is for part-time work, typically 4–8 hours per job

• Primarily weekdays with regular weekend availability

Pay & Package

• £15 per hour

• £18 per job for providing your own cleaning supplies and tools

• Travel time paid where applicable

• Parking costs at client locations covered (excluding street parking)

1. At least 2 years’ cleaning experience

2. Ability to work independently

3. Own equipment and cleaning products required

4. Access to reliable transport

5. Very good English communication skills
