Job Title: Property Valuer
Location: Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield
Salary: Negotiable basic salary and a very realistic OTE of £40,000+ as well as a Patentee
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45 - 5:30pm. Plus1 in every 4 Saturdays with a day of in lieu that week

A multi-branch, award winning and well established Estate Agency is looking for a talented and hungry Property Valuer who has a passion for the industry and desire personal growth, to join one of their flagship branches.

Responsibilities for this Estate Agency role will include:

• Market Appraisal generation
• Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
• Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
• Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
• Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Sales Negotiator role:

• Minimum 1 year's experience valuing
• Competent across all aspects of core estate agency
• Comfortable working with targets
• Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team
• Drive and ambition and to add value
