Property Valuer – Mansfield – Basic £25,000 | OTE £60,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join a thriving team and take the lead on property valuations in the Mansfield area.
Local knowledge is essential – we’re looking for someone who knows the Mansfield property market inside out and can confidently win instructions by providing expert, market-led advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct all property valuations for the branch
• Win new instructions by building trust and demonstrating local expertise
• Work directly with vendors to provide accurate and honest market advice
• Stay up to date with local trends, using comparable evidence to support valuations
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold excellent customer service standards

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency is essential
• A strong understanding of the Mansfield property market is a must
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident working independently as well as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
