You’ll focus purely on valuing, listing, and winning instructions – no branch management, no endless paperwork.

What you’ll do

• Carry out market appraisals using your knowledge of the local property market.


• Generate new business using our extensive database, tools like Spectre & Sprift, and local networking.


• Deliver outstanding customer service and identify opportunities for mortgages, conveyancing, auction and survey referrals.


• Create professional listings with photos, floorplans and video tours.


• Work closely with our high-performing team to grow market share.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ listing or valuing experience in estate agency.


• A confident communicator who thrives in a target-driven role.


• Strong knowledge of your local area and a proven record of winning instructions.


• Full UK driving licence and use of your own car.

What’s on offer

• OTE £40–50k+ (uncapped commission)


• Vehicle allowance + business mileage
