?? Basic Salary: £23,000 (plus guaranteed earnings for your first 3 months!)
?? Car Allowance: £2,500 or a Company Car – drive in style
?? Realistic OTE: £40,000 (uncapped commission)
?? Work Pattern: 5-day week with 2 Saturdays on, 1 off – work-life balance matters
