Key Responsibilities:
Be able to conduct an effective viewing
-Be able to conduct a inspection on a property using a web based system
-Be able to conduct inspections on property's on a web based system
Keys

As a viewer this is your top priority and most important role.
All keys are to be tagged, logged on to a CRM system and signed in and out on the day of the viewing.
A key audit must be completed by the viewer every six months and any missing keys or issues to be marked up on alto and your branch manager informed.
Take constructive feedback after viewings and make sure at all times you inform the office of this information.
Working to gain financial service, lettings and solicitors referrals
You must be conscious of other agents stock on the market, and plan into your working week door knocking of their stock.
All keys to be taken back to the office each evening and are tagged and put away correctly.
Utilise additional tools such as Rightmove and Zoopla
All staff to be DPS check so if you already hold one please advise in your application
PART TIME AND FULL TIME CONSIDERED - WORKING WEEK WILL INCLUDE EVERY SATURDAY WITH A DAY OFF IN THE WEEK
