Role description:

The Proposal AI and Growth Knowledge Leader will play a critical role in driving two main projects within the Pursuit to Project Program. 

This role will be key to the delivery of our Proposal AI and Growth Knowledge Management projects under the program, ensuring effective representation of growth stakeholders and subject matter expertise in content and knowledge management for sales document creation as well as day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of key project activities. 

This role reports to Change and Implementation Director, Pursuit to Project Program, Global Commercial Excellence 

Role accountabilities:

• Representing growth stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise on content and knowledge needed for sales document creation, including bids, proposals, and presentations, into the Pursuit to Project Program 


• Lead day-to-day activities related to the Growth of the Knowledge Management project and the Project Reference Finder Project 


• Connect the Pursuit of the Project Program with the business to ensure alignment and integration of knowledge management practices.


• Lead day-to-day activities on the Proposal automation/ Proposal AI project, working closely with the Change and Implementation Director on executing the roadmap and strategic vision for this project 


• Oversee the implementation and integration of AI technologies to enhance proposal writing and management processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions.

• Meet project deadlines and milestones


• Support alignment and integration of growth and sales knowledge management practices across the organization.


• Support the continuous improvement of proposal writing and management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Document Libraries, Word, PowerPoint, and CoPilot.


• Strong knowledge management and proposal writing skills.


• Experience in proposal management and case study development.


• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.


• Familiarity with sales and growth best practices.


• Strong research and collation abilities.


• Effective facilitation skills.


• Experience with AI and large language models (LLMs) is preferred.


• Experience in Agile technology development projects is an advantage.


• Ability to work in a dynamic global environment with stakeholders from around the world and across a large global business.


• Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to effectively engage with international teams.
