Proposals Manager

Are you an experienced Proposal Manager with a background in construction, and keen to play a key role in securing major construction projects for a leading Main Contractor?

We are working with a highly successful and reputable business operating in both the private and public sector, who is seeking a talented BID/ Proposals professional to join their team in Yorkshire.

The Role

As Proposal Manager, you will take ownership of the bid and proposal process, working closely with the estimating/ pre construction, commercial, and operational teams, to deliver high-quality, compelling submissions.

A key focus of the role will be supporting framework bids and renewals, developing strong responses to quality questions and ensuring submissions align with client requirements and evaluation criteria.

About You

You will ideally have:

* Proven experience in a Proposal/Bid Manager or Coordinator role within the construction industry.

* Experience working for a Main Contractor or a larger construction business.

* Experience of public sector or major client frameworks.

* A strong track record of coordinating complex, high-value bids and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

* Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing skills.

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
