You’ll thrive in a professional sales environment with High‑quality inbound leads (no cold calling), value doing the right thing for customers, and build a long‑term career with a market‑leading business.

You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through a range of protection solutions — taking the time to understand their circumstances and providing clear, ethical and compliant information that genuinely protect what matters most to them. Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Speaking with customers who are actively seeking protection products

  • Building strong, trusted relationships through professional and empathetic conversations

  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all information and documentation is accurate and compliant

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to a positive, high‑performance team culture

This is a pivotal role within a high‑performing team, offering excellent earning potential, structured development and progression within a business that is proud of its reputation.

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs, including: Sales conversion rates across financial products (e.g., loans, credit, insurance, protection) Revenue generation and product‑specific sales targets

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and guide customers confidently through their protection options.

  • A genuine, customer‑first mindset and high ethical standards

  • Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance when working within a heavily regulated financial services environment.

  • Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve

  • A team player who positively influences others and shares knowledge

Training & Support

  • We are committed to your success from day one, you will receive full comprehensive full‑time training for your first 3 weeks (Bristol office‑based)
