Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Technician to join their growing team in Ringwood.

The position is temporary to permanent working Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm - paying £29-£30,000pa
As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, blending, and processing products in line with production schedules and recipes. Operating production equipment and carrying out basic fault finding where required. Recording production data accurately and maintaining documentation. Cleaning production equipment, process tanks, and production lines. Ensuring the production area remains audit-ready. Packaging and preparing finished goods for transfer to the warehouse. Undertaking additional training and duties as required to support business operations.To be successful in this Production Technician role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience within a food manufacturing or production environment. Experience working within a liquid processing or blending operation (desirable). A technically minded approach with the ability to identify and resolve production issues. The ability to accurately follow work orders, and production schedules. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
