Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Job Purpose:

Are you an experienced telecoms provisioning professional looking for a short-term opportunity? We’re seeking a Provisioning Coordinator to join our Connectivity Hub team on a 6-month contract starting in January 2026. In this role, you’ll provision a variety of services including Ethernet, WLR, Number Management & Porting, SIP, and Broadband. You’ll manage orders from initiation through to handover, ensuring smooth delivery and an excellent customer experience. This role requires previous telecoms provisioning experience and proven expertise in number porting. Familiarity with supplier interaction and managing escalations will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision services such as Ethernet, WLR, SIP, Number Porting, Broadband, and related products.
• Own the relationship between suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle provisioning queries and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve escalations promptly.

Skills & Experience:

• Industry experience in telecoms provisioning (essential).

• Hands-on experience with Ethernet, WLR, SIP, Number Porting, and Broadband.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
