Job Overview:

In this role, you will be a key member of the Prozero Team. You will assist the development and implementation of the company’s  strategy.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and development of improvements to the business through the IMS
• Provide support to the Prozero team in order to achieve excellent safety, health, environmental and quality standards across the business
• Assist in the managing of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in establishing, implementing and maintaining the IMS in accordance with both business requirements and the requirements of the relevant standards
• Take ownership of the companies Information Systems and Business Continuity ISO standards in conjunction with the IT Manager and the Managing Director
• Assist in the preparation of ISO assessments/management plans
• Assist in the management of external audit function with our accreditation auditors
• Assist in processing ISO audits to ensure timely and accurate performance levels are met
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate with customers, clients, supply chain contacts and operational team members to ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Assist in delivering and implementing ISO standards both internally and on our client’s projects as required
• Provide support in relation to document control and improvement requests within the IMS
• Provide support in relation to creating and issuing ISO reports to operational teams across the business
• Assist in the development of ISO Communications, products and training content as required
• Complete internal quality audits in support of our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 compliance
• Undertake other ad-hoc research projects in support of the Prozero strategy of the board led by the Managing Director
• Administer sub-contracting vetting
• Other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time in support of the strategy of the company

 Key Performance indicators

• Production of satisfactory KPI/Benchmark/Dash-boarding Reports.
• Research and conclusions to the satisfaction of the Managing Director from the projects undertaken
• Successful implementation of the company’s issues management software (non-technical) and a system of high level reporting to the satisfaction of the Managing Director.
• Satisfaction of Q&E Manager & H&S Manager & Managing Director
