Looking for a property management role with variety, autonomy and genuine career progression?

We're recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse residential property portfolio across Ealing and Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and growing property team, managing a mix of private residential lettings, corporate rental properties and social housing. You'll have responsibility for your own portfolio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to landlords, tenants and clients.

📃 The Role

As Portfolio Manager, you'll take ownership of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties remain compliant, well-maintained and financially successful.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships
Arranging repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works
Instructing compliance inspections and certification requirements
Monitoring contractor performance and on-site works
Carrying out property inspections
Ensuring properties meet all Health & Safety and legislative requirements
Managing maintenance budgets and expenditure
Monitoring occupancy levels and void performance
Recording and reporting financial, compliance and maintenance matters
Delivering a first-class customer experience to clients and residentsWhat We're Looking For...

✅ Previous residential property management experience

✅ Experience working within social housing

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

✅ Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines

✅ Full UK driving licence

✅ Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Desirable

ARLA, NFoPP or other industry qualifications
Experience using property management systems such as Qube, MRI, Evolution or similarWhat's On Offer?
