A new role has become available in this successful, purpose-built PRU Secondary based in East London. The Head is looking to employ an Maths & Science Teacher to take Key Stage 2/3 Classes.

This PRU Teacher role offers a fantastic opportunity for somebody who wants to make a real difference to the lives of students who are unable to remain in mainstream education. The Role - PRU Teacher of Maths & Science

• Secondary-trained PRU Teacher required.

• Experience in a Pupil Referral Unit or with students displaying challenging behaviour.

• PRU specialises in working with pupils excluded from mainstream education.

• Teach small classes (6-8 pupils) with support from specialist teaching assistants.

• All students are temporarily or permanently excluded from mainstream education.

• Strong behaviour management skills essential.

• Must be motivated and passionate about raising standards, improving behaviour, and boosting attainment.
