• Experience operating Change Management processes.
• Experience coordinating Service Transition activities.
• Experience managing technology demand pipelines.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers.
• Strong governance and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

• Understanding of technology infrastructure, cloud services and business applications.
