Annual wage review currently in progress, with rates expected to increase

38-40 hours per week

The Role

As a PSV / HGV Technician, you will be responsible for keeping vehicles safe, reliable and available for service by:

Carrying out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
Completing vehicle defect repairs efficiently and safely
Preparing vehicles for MOT and compliance inspections
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
Minimising vehicle downtime through effective fault finding and repair

PSV Technicians
HGV Technicians
LGV Technicians
Commercial Vehicle Technicians
Heavy Vehicle MechanicsYou'll ideally have:

A recognised mechanical qualification (Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
Experience working on PSV, HGV, bus, coach or commercial vehicles
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
