You'll become part of a specialist multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people with complex additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills both inside and outside the classroom.
Rather than observing from the sidelines, you'll be actively involved in supporting students every day while learning from experienced teachers, therapists and healthcare professionals.

Your Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support that enables every student to engage, progress and succeed.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting learning in the classroom and across the wider school environment Encouraging communication, emotional regulation and social development Assisting with personalised learning programmes Supporting outdoor learning and community-based activities Promoting independence and everyday life skills Building positive relationships with students and their families Providing personal care and physical support where required Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment Who We're Looking For
