Job Responsibilities as a Psychology Graduate

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, social communication difficulties, emotional needs, and behavioural challenges.
Build positive and trusting relationships with students, helping them feel safe, supported, and confident within the school environment.
Support students with their emotional regulation, social skills, communication, confidence, and engagement with learning.
Use your understanding of psychology and child development to help implement individualised support strategies.What We're Looking for in a Psychology Graduate

Psychology degree or a related degree.
A genuine interest in child development, mental health, behaviour, and SEN.
Compassionate and empathetic - able to understand and respond sensitively to the individual needs of young people.
Patient and resilient - able to remain calm and supportive when students are experiencing challenging emotions or behaviours.Job Details

Pay: £93-£110 per day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
